About Naji AlAli: Naji AlAli (1999), named after the political cartoonist, yet creating his own legacy through every piece he creates. Palestinian self-taught illustrator, painter, animator, muralist, sculptor, and film maker, building LMNBCK through different mediums and visuals.
Lemonback (LMNBCK) is an abstract reflection of the world, AlAli attempts spreading a message that indirectly tackles political and social issues in every body of work, using symbolism and representations he gathered from his upbringing, roots, and travel/life experiences.
Similar to making lemonade, Naji takes the bitterness from the world to create a sweeter reality in his pieces.
